Lucy is the Clinical Director at Forward Learning Youth & Young Adults, (FLYY) in Madison, Wisconsin. She has an MA in Drama Therapy from New York University. Further education includes: Certificate, International Trauma Studies Program; Certificate, UW Madison Capstone Certificate Program in Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health; Certified practitioner of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Child Parent Psychotherapy at UW Madison.

When asked what else she would like to share with the community, Lucy said, "I am the current NADTA Membership Chair. For questions regarding membership, you can email me at membership@nadta.org. I have served on the Education, Ethics and Journal committees and while still a resident of New York City, co-founded the NADTA Tristate Licensure Taskforce to support drama therapists navigating the legislative process of obtaining and sustaining state licensure in New York. As a BCT and NADTA board member, I welcome questions about the process of becoming a drama therapist."
