Louisa is the Founder and clinician, The Center for Mindful Living in Omaha, Nebraska. She is a psychologist, a drama therapist and a trained teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion. She believes that the first relationship we must embrace is the one we have with ourselves. Louisa applies an experiential and embodied approach to drama therapy creating a holistic and playful therapeutic experience.
Louisa's education and training credits include: Illinois School of Professional Psychology, Chicago; Alternative Track drama therapy, Kansas State University; Buddhist Psychology, Barre Center for Buddhist Studies in Massachusetts; Psychodrama training, Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Hospital, Chicago.
