Based in Downers Grove, Illinois, Azizi is the Founder and CEO of Center for Creative Arts Therapy. She is a professional Speaker, Trainer and Advocate for social justice, community wellness, creative arts therapy and women's empowerment. She a Registered Expressive Arts Therapist, Theatre Educator and Director, and Professional Choreographer and Dancer with more than 20 years of extensive experience leading educational and non-profit organizations.

Azizi completed Alternative Training in Drama Therapy from Kansas State University and has a Masters in Community Counseling from Northeastern Illinois University and a Masters in Theatre from Northeastern Illinois University.
